Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancellations within a 24 hour period will be charged 30% of their appointment total using the card on file. No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment total using the card on file or if you do not have a card on file, you will be invoiced. If a client fails to respect these policies three times, they will be required to prepay the service.
